Karen Brown was amazing! We did not live close to the residence so Karen helped us evict a person living in the residence, line up people to empty the contents and clean the residence. After 10 months with an other agent and very little activity Karen sold my house in 10 days for $12,000.00 more than the other agent had it listed. Lines of communication were wide open and I knew down to the smallest of details what was happening.
